We have put together a 6-session program to help you get more focused on the business and not just operating in the business.
Starting in July we will be hosting and training you both virtually and in person and giving you a “How to” guide in the following key areas of your Company:
- Roadmap - Creating a one-page plan
- Marketing – what tools to use and how to create the message
- Sales – methods to increase
- Recruitment – How to get the right people
- KPI’s – How to measure what matters
- Performance – How to get the best from your team
After these sessions you can implement what you have learnt into your business then come back after 2 weeks and report on how it’s gone before jumping into the next one.
You will be surrounded by other business leaders that want to be better at the businesses of building their business. Having a level of clarity around your Company is one of the most satisfying parts of running your own business but many people use the excuse “I’m too busy” to spend anytime working on their businesses – so their business works them!
Each session will last 2 hours and we will be running them fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm starting from July 1st.
